before confirming your reservation.

Confirm your reservation with deposit

A 25% deposit of estimated fees is required to confirm your reservation. 

Confirmation of registration by CGRL

Registration is confirmed once both deposits are made and all documents have been processed.

Submit a tentative daily schedule

Includes group activities and suggested meal times.

Send proof of event insurance

Contact your insurer to request a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Chagdud Gonpa Foundation as the additional insured for the period of your stay. Ask for $1M general liability/occurance & $2M general aggregate for the dates of your retreat. If you don't have an insurance agent, we recommend using theeventhelper.com

Submit Rental Agreement II two weeks prior to the retreat

Includes: estimated number of attendees, confirmation of all rooms to be used, additional requests, and guest's dietary restrictions.

Help your participants Prepare for Their Retreat

Upon arrival, full payment of the pending balance is due

An additional $300 security deposit is required upon arrival. Security deposits must be made with a credit card and may be refunded provided no damages are incurred. 

Upon arrival, CGF Release Form must be signed by all guests
