Deep Tissue

Our on-site massage therapist, Abby, integrates deep, slow, specific techniques with energetic healing to holistically address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of her clients. She specifically uses a combination of connective tissue therapy, neuromuscular therapy, shiatsu, reiki, and kinesthetic awareness through movement.

Due to the nature of this work, sessions are a minimum of 80 minutes. $100/session.
